Why Onboarding Matters

Our services are customized, so onboarding helps confirm that business activity, selected service category, payment purpose, deliverables, and client expectations are aligned before work starts.

Information We Ask For

  • Business name, contact person, email, phone number, and location.
  • Selected service, business goal, target audience, and budget range.
  • Existing website, social pages, ad accounts, product details, or platform access where required.

Category Confirmation

We confirm whether the required work fits digital marketing, advertising, IT services, software development, web/app development, data analytics, cloud/domain support, design, video, or edutech platform development.

Scope Confirmation

Before payment, we define deliverables, service responsibilities, content needs, access requirements, revision approach, dependencies, milestones, and expected timelines.

Payment Confirmation

Payment is collected only after service use, scope, pricing, billing cycle or milestone, and cancellation terms are confirmed. Third-party costs are identified separately when applicable.

Access & Security

Clients should share access through secure account invitations where possible. We request only the permissions needed for the approved service and recommend removing access after completion where ongoing support is not required.

Kickoff

Kickoff may include a call, written checklist, shared folder, communication channel, campaign plan, design brief, technical checklist, or development plan based on service type.
