Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the approved scope, payment milestone, access availability, third-party platform review, and client feedback. Timelines are confirmed in writing before project kickoff.

Shipping Charges

Since our services are delivered digitally, physical shipping charges are not applicable unless a separate physical item or offline requirement is explicitly agreed in writing.

Returns

Returns are not applicable to completed digital services, published campaigns, configured accounts, delivered designs, reports, or software work. Correction or revision requests are handled according to the approved scope.

Revisions & Corrections

If a delivered item does not match the approved scope, clients should contact us promptly with details. Reasonable corrections are reviewed against the agreed deliverables and revision limits.

Cancellations & Refunds
